Richard P. Stefanski

Richard P. Stefanski, 69, of Worcester, died September 21, 2023, at his home.     

His wife, Suzzanne M. (Bedard) Stefanski, passed away in 2020.           

Rick was born in Worcester, son of the late Richard W. and Marion J. (Sawicki) Stefanski and lived in Worcester all his life. 

After graduating from Burncoat High School, Rick enlisted in the U.S. Coast Guard.  His father had also served in the Coast Guard.  

Rick worked many years at the T.J. Maxx Distribution Center on Goddard Memorial Drive in Worcester.

Richard was predeceased by his brother David Stefanski, his sister Diane Hicks, and his nephew Samuel R. Hicks.  He leaves several cousins. 

Funeral services were private.  The Athy Memorial Home, 111 Lancaster St., Worcester, directed arrangements.
