Richard E. Hester

Richard Edward Hester, 62, of Auburn passed away Thursday April 27, 2023 at Regal Care in Worcester after a long illness. 

Richard was born in Worcester to Edward J. and Dorothy A (Cooney) Hester. 

He attended Worcester public schools and lived in Worcester most of his life before moving to Auburn. He enjoyed family and friends, fishing, bike riding, going to the movies and going out to eat. He was also a fan of the New England Patriots. 

He leaves behind his brother Mark Hester and his wife Linda (Julian) of Sutton; and his nieces Shannon Ebbeling of Dudley and Allison Hester of Sutton. He also leaves behind his long-time friend Linda Magnet of Millbury. 

Burial will be at St Mary’s Cemetary, Uxbridge and will be private.
