Patricia A. Blain-Gay

Patricia Ann Blain-Gay, 60, of Rochdale, died Monday, December 19, 2022 at St. Vincent Hospital after an illness.
Trisha leaves her husband of 33 years, Lawrence F. Gay Jr.; two sons, Lawrence F. Gay III of Crest View, Fla. and Timothy E. Gay of Rochdale; and many cousins including Andrea Cotter of Danvers, Bridget Dupree of Boston and John Rivers of Fall River.
Trisha was born in Somerset, daughter of the late Edward J. and Jane (Minior) Blain.
She graduated from Bishop Gerrard High School in Fall River, and Southeastern Massachusetts University now known as the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth.
Trisha was a wholesale buyer for Rotman’s furniture store where she worked for more than 20 years.
Trisha was a Cub Scout den mother.  She was an avid reader and loved watching British television shows and listening to classical music.  She also enjoyed fine dining and spending time in her flower garden.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, December 27, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Athy Memorial Home, 111 Lancaster St., Worcester.  Other arrangements are private.
