It is with humble and heavy hearts that we, Richard and Ellen Miller, announce the death of our son Nolan. Nolan died in Worcester, a city he loved and passionately explored.
Nolan also loved movies, music and very importantly his friends. Yet it was our family that was most important to him.
Nolan lived on his own terms, something a lot of us don't get to do but hope we can all learn from. His energetically simplistic approach to life is something we should all aspire to. It is Nolan's infectious smile that we will miss most.
Nolan is survived by us, his parents, his grandmothers Sharon Welsh and Patricia O'Brien, his Stepfather John Conron and his stepbrothers Jack and Joe. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Most importantly, he is survived by his sister Nora, whom he was fiercely loyal to and protective over, and whom he will continue to protect from above.
Our family will remember him forever.
We invite you to remember him together during calling hours at Athy Memorial Home, 111 Lancaster St., Worcester, on Monday, December 11, from 4 to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to St. John’s Food for the Poor, 44 Temple St., Worcester, MA 01604, or a charity of one’s choice.
