Louise Trahan Obituary

Louise E. (DeMaso) Trahan, 70, of West Boylston, died Thursday, February 20, 2025 after a short illness.

She leaves her husband Ronald E. Trahan; a son Joseph K. Rodriguez and his fiancée Erica Ayala of Fitchburg; a grandson Jayden Rodriguez; two sisters, Yvonne Preston of Townsend, and Maria Duquette of Salem, N.H.; two brothers, James DeMaso of Merrimack, N.H. and Arthur DeMaso of North Conway, N.H.; nieces and nephews.   

Louise was born in Chelsea, daughter of the late Joseph and Yvonne (Savage) DeMaso.  She grew up in Groton. She later lived in Leominster for many years.

Lousie was a graduate of North Middlesex Regional High School in Pepperell.  She spent most of her career working in retail stores including Michael’s and Big Lots.  She was also a talented seamstress and enjoyed knitting and crocheting. 

Louise will be entombed in Notre Dame Mausoleum, Worcester. Funeral services will be private. 

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the American Heart Association, 20 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
