Jeffrey M. Zanghi, 34, of Worcester, died Saturday, December 6, 2025 at his home.
Jeffrey was born in Worcester. He was a graduate of Holy Name High School and the Boston College Carroll School of Management.
Jeff was a financial analyst. He worked several years for Avid Technology, Inc. and more recently for the Progress Partners Investment Bank.
Jeff leaves his father Frank Zanghi and his wife Julie of Holden; his mother Christine Quarrey and her partner Michael Melsopp of Cumberland, R.I.; his brother, Brian Zanghi and his partner Jeremy Ferlic of East Boston; two stepsisters Jordan and Samantha Towle of Holden; his lifelong best friend Rose Salemmo “Auntie”; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Jeff played baseball at Holy Name High School. He enjoyed collecting sports memorabilia. He was a New York Giants fan and a Red Sox fanatic! Jeff was highly regarded as a true redditor based on his vast knowledge of all things baseball.
Jeff loved his family more than anything and will truly be missed by all of them.
Calling hours are Friday, December 12, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at the Athy Memorial Home, 111 Lancaster St., Worcester. A funeral service will follow in the funeral home at 11:30 a.m. Burial will be private.
