Jeanne M. Martin

Jeanne M. Martin, 71, of Charlton, formerly of Upton, died Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at the Charlton Manor Rest Home.

She leaves a brother Charles Martin of Uniontown, Ohio, two nieces, Nicole Wolfe of Uniontown, Ohio and Laura Pearce of Akron, Ohio, A cousin Lyn Weingarten of Texas, and many friends at Charlton Manor Rest Home.

Jeanne was born in Akron, Ohio, daughter of Edward and Ardith (Lees) Martin.

She lived in Upton for more than 20 years before moving to Charlton Manor Rest Home in 2021.

Jeanne worked in information technology at UMass-Memorial Medical Center in Worcester for many years. She was responsible for vendor management for several of those years. 

Burial in Maplewood Cemetery in Upton will be private.

There will be a memorial service on Wednesday, September 10, at 2 p.m. at the Charlton Manor Rest Home, 12 Town Farm Road, Charlton.   

The Athy Memorial Home, 111 Lancaster St., Worcester, is directing arrangements.
