Claire B. (Sohlman) Nawn

Claire B. (Sohlman) Nawn passed away on April 2, 2024 at UMass Memorial Medical Center.

Claire, fondly known as “Bear” by her close friends is survived by her three sons, Stephen P. Nawn and his wife, Susan, William J. Nawn and his wife, Carla and Dennis R. Nawn and his significant other Angela. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Claire was predeceased by her daughter, Denise M. (Nawn) Sax wife of Alan Sax and a grandson Jake T. Nawn.

Family and friends are invited to gather with the family at a graveside service and burial on Saturday, April 6 at 10 a.m. at Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Claire’s memory to the Jake Nawn Foundation, Charity Smith, 13100 Filly Lane, Trucker, CA 96161.

The Athy Memorial Home is directing the arrangements.
